Sona says that there is no truth in the news that she will not produce films

Sona who acted in few films became the producer through the film Kanimozhi. But since this film did not do well at the box office, there was news that Sona will not produce films in future and she will be concentrating only in acting. But Sona refutes this news.

She while speaking to the media said,"I will continue to produce films and also act. Since I was busy in producing Kanimozhi I gave a little gap for acting. There is no truth in the news that I will not produce films.

I am producing a film which has Premji in the lead role which is titled Bhagyaraj 2011 and another film directed by Venkat Prabhu. I will also continue to act in films if I get good roles.

I donned the role of a comedian Kuselan. Many offered me such roles. I am not interested in doing stereo type roles. I want to act in different kinds of roles."
